Not satisfied with your order?  We'd like to know how we can improve!
        You can return your order within 14 days of receipt, unused, or send us a photo showing that the product is defective. We will confirm the photo, and in most cases, we can resolve your issue without a refund. We ensure that your money will be refunded to your account within five working days of receiving your order, or we will confirm a photo through our customer service.

Important: Products and items bought during sales or other discounts cannot be returned.

Damaged/Incorrect Item:

For products that arrive incorrect, defective or damaged in transit by the carrier, please contact us. In these cases, we will take care of refunding or reshipping our items. There are no additional costs for you, trendysharks®  covers all costs. However, we will need a photo/video of the damaged item to process a reshipment or a refund.  wish to send us the products back, then we will provide you with a shipping label that will be covered by us 

Returns:

We want you to have the best shopping experience possible, so we offer a 14-day return window starting from the delivery date. If, for any reason, you're not completely satisfied with your order, don't hesitate to reach out to our friendly support team, and we'll go above and beyond to assist you.

Just a little reminder, for the return to be accepted, the products should be in their original condition, classified as "new" – meaning they should be unopened and still in their original packaging, with no signs of prior use. Your satisfaction is our utmost priority, and we're here to make sure you're happy with your purchase!

How do I request a refund?

To return your item, please email us at info@trendysharks.com. The return period is 14 days from the delivery date of the shipment.The condition of the item must be new. If the item is not in new condition, unfortunately, we cannot issue a refund.

CONTACT US

First, contact us by email  info@trendysharks.com® for the return address. Since we have different distribution centers, we need to determine from which center your package originated based on the reason for the return.

PROVIDE THE DELIVERY NOTE.

Package the product as securely as possible in the original packaging and include a note with your order number. As the sender, you are responsible for the return shipment. Therefore, always ask DHL for a tracking code when returning the package. After sending the package, contact us,  if you wish to have a refund or a different size/color.

Note: Our warehouses  are located in China, USA and in Europe . Please be aware that you should send your package to our supplier that is the address we will provide to you  when returning the product.

SHIPPING

Go to the nearest parcel center (post office or package store) and send your package back.Once the product arrives at our warehouse, the size/color will be adjusted as soon as possible, or a refund will be arranged.

Cancellations

To cancel an order, contact us immediately at info@trendysharks.com®. If you cancel your purchase within 24 hours, we can unconditionally refund your money. Otherwise, the items must be returned to us as soon as they arrive with you.

Shipping Costs

It is the customer's responsibility to pay any shipping costs when returning a product. These costs are not refunded. If you receive a refund on your purchase, the shipping costs will not be included 
The time it takes to get your exchanged product to you will largely depend on your location.

We always recommend using a traceable shipping service or shipping insurance!

Money-Back Guarantee

Trendysharks offers a 14-day money-back guarantee. However, this guarantee does NOT apply if:

• Customers are dissatisfied with the colour product ordered.
• Customers damage their items after use.
  
• Customers refuse delivery from carriers.
